Freight Rules
1. Fee Standards
Regular orders: Free shipping for orders exceeding [XX yuan], basic shipping for orders below [XX yuan].
Special products (such as large items and fresh agricultural products): Shipping fees are calculated separately. Please refer to the product page instructions for details.
2. Freight charges to be borne
Return and exchange shipping fee:
Due to product quality issues or incorrect shipping: We will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
No need to return: You will bear the return shipping cost.

Return process
You need to apply for a return within 7 days after signing for it (excluding certain products) and fill in the return logistics number.
The returned goods must be in good condition and come with the original packaging and gifts.

Logistics exception handling
1. Packaging loss/damage
If the logistics show that the package has been signed for but you have not received it, or if the package is severely damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours and we will assist in pursuing responsibility or resending.
2. Delivery information error
Due to the incorrect address/phone number you provided, delivery has failed and you will be responsible for the cost of a second delivery or the risk of order cancellation.
3. International logistics (if applicable)
Cross border orders may involve tariffs, which are borne by the recipient themselves.
4. The customs clearance time is not included in the delivery time and is subject to the actual handling by the customs.
Disclaimers
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by the following situations:
Natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, and other force majeure events;
The recipient failed to provide customs clearance documents or pay customs duties in a timely manner;
The address/contact information provided by the customer is incorrect.
